Football is a game of strategy and so is defeating Jeff Sessions and NCAA. Sometimes you fake the ball to the left and run to the right. I guarantee the citizen of Alabama a win just like Joe guaranteed a Super Bowl. - Mark Townsend |

Quick Trip in American History
1. The King of England had ordered all Bibles to be returned from citizens and destroyed.
2. A group of pilgrims sailed to America to continue their faith with their Kings James Bible.
3. 150 years of paying taxes to the British Empire the Americans said No More!
4. 1776 The young Americans took on the second team of the British military.
5. The young Americans some what prevailed.
6. The War of 1812 - August 24, 1814, with temperature over 100 degrees, this time the British after defeating Napoleon came to America with their first team military. The 4500 first team British military marched toward the American capitol to take on over 9000 Americans. Within hours the British had quickly routed the American military. The British admiral ate dinner in the White House, then gave the order to set fire to Washington. Within hours the White House, the Capitol, and many other public buildings and residences were burning. On the morning of August 25, 1814 Washington was still burning. As the British soldiers continued to spread fire and destruction throughout the city, the early morning sky began to darken and lightening and thunder signaled the approach of a mighty storm. The winds quickly increased into a frightening roar. Washington had never seen what was to come next. Trees were uprooted, the heavy chain bridge across the Potomac River was buckled and rendered useless. British cannons were picked up and thrown miles into the air. British soldiers did not have time to take cover before being massacred by flying debris. The heavy rain quenched the fires of Washington. Very shortly after, the skies became blue and the Sun shined on America. The British that lived returned to their ships. President Madison and other government officials returned to Washington and began the process of setting up government in a city devastated by fire and wind. Never again would the British Army return to Washington and never again has there been a more damaging tornado.

7. Who was Mary Pickersgill slave?
June 1813 Major George Armistead commissioned Mary Pickersgill, a Baltimore flag maker to sew a flag 30ft x 42 ft. Mary, assisted by her daughter, two nieces, and an indentured African-American girl began work on the largest American flag of the time. The flag was to fly over Ft. McHenry in Baltimore.
8. Less than 3 weeks after the first team British military placed Washington in ruins, the remaining British set their sights on Baltimore, the home of Ft. McHenry, where the 30ft x 42ft American flag was proudly blowing in the wind.
9. 6:30AM September 13, 1814 the British began a 25-hour bombardment on Ft. McHenry and the large American flag.
10. 7:30AM September 14, 1814. The British Army withdrew for two reasons: First - The 30ft x 42ft American flag was still standing and Second - the skies were turning black and the winds were starting to roar again.
11. This event was captured in history by the most famous lawyer-songwriter in history, the Great American Francis Scott Key. Mr. Key could see the 30ft x 42ft American flag still standing from a distance of 8 miles and the bombs bursting in air.
12. America must never forget we came here with and for a Christian Bible. American history truly was and is in the hands of:
A. the tornado maker
B. Mary Pickersgill, her daughter, two nieces, and one unknown African-American slave
C. and a lawyer with good eyes, big heart, and a love for music
D. and also the man who with the help of a hurricane finished off the British in a town called New Orleans who became the father of the democrat party and seventh president of the United States - Andrew Jackson.

13. The below picture is the American flag of the War of 1812. You can see it at the Smithsonian Institution.

My name is Mark Townsend. I believe the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) is the devil's pitch fork.
1. Because they don't show our American flag and the playing of our national anthem on TV before college games.
2. Because they don't show the marching band at half time on TV anymore.

3. Because they have taken education away from the states, which is totally against the United States Constitution.

Dear Mr. O Alabama:
Next time please put your hand on your heart in remembrance of the American flag and the unknown black girl who helped make the most popular American flag of all time. (War of 1812 American flag)
Please pick Senator Jim Webb, a Marine, for our Vice President.

Jim Webb U.S. Senator from Virginia |
Real change is let the U.S. Marine Corps volunteer to oversee rules of college sports. Let the states oversee education. Show and teach the American flag on TV as our national identity. Give back TV time to the marching bands that was stolen by the money changers of today. Remind the money changers who they were twice ran out of the church by. In other words change is NO NCAA.
Thank you from an Alabama "Walk on Democrat", ready to be U.S. Senator. Who says lets make some noise!
